SOFAR Solar HYD40K-T1 is a next-generation three-phase hybrid inverter with a rated power of 40 kW, designed for large-scale photovoltaic installations with energy storage. This model belongs to the T1 series, representing the natural evolution and successor of the earlier SOFAR HYD hybrid inverters.
Compared to lower-power models, HYD40K-T1 offers increased design flexibility thanks to the use of four independent MPPT trackers, enabling efficient operation with more complex PV string configurations and installations with varied module orientations.
The inverter supports high-voltage lithium-ion energy storage systems and allows battery charging with power of up to 60 kW, ensuring fast system response. Thanks to the very short backup power switching time (approx. 4 ms), HYD40K-T1 ensures stable operation of sensitive loads in the event of a grid power outage.
SOFAR Solar HYD40K-T1 also supports parallel operation of multiple inverters, generator integration and intelligent load management, making it a central energy management unit in advanced hybrid systems.
