Hoymiles LB-5D-G2 is a low-voltage LiFePO4 (LFP) battery module with a capacity of 5.12 kWh, designed for use in residential (and small commercial) energy storage systems. The battery enables storing surplus solar PV energy and using it when PV production is lower (evening/night), which increases self-consumption and significantly reduces electricity drawn from the grid.
The LB-5D-G2 model stands out with a slim design (145 mm) and flexible installation (wall-mounted or floor-standing), and thanks to parallel operation it allows easy scaling of storage capacity as your needs grow.
