Tongwei TWMNH-66HD625 is a high-performance bifacial photovoltaic module with a power output of 625 W, utilizing N-type Half-cell technology. With an efficiency of 23.1%, the module enables efficient use of the available installation area and is designed primarily for commercial, industrial and large-scale photovoltaic installations.

The bifacial design allows the module to utilize irradiation reaching the rear side as well, increasing the potential energy yield in a properly designed system. The module features a glass-glass construction with 2.0 mm front glass with AR coating and 2.0 mm rear glass.

The TWMNH-66HD625 consists of 132 cells arranged in a 6 × 22 layout. A low power temperature coefficient of -0.28%/°C reduces performance losses at high operating temperatures, while the maximum system voltage of 1500 V DC makes the module suitable for large commercial and utility-scale installations.

TNC (Tongwei N-type Cell) technology used in the module is based on a high-efficiency N-type TOPCon cell architecture and Tongwei's proprietary solutions in the field of passivation and contact layers. This helps reduce losses caused by carrier recombination, improve conversion efficiency and maintain high module performance even at elevated operating temperatures. TNC technology has been developed to deliver high energy generation and reduce LCOE (higher efficiency, higher module power, slower degradation and greater energy yield result in a lower cost of generating 1 MWh) throughout the entire service life of the installation.
