Bidirectional converter BCS100K-A by Kehua is designed for use with industrial energy storage systems as well as utility-scale systems.

BCS-A (also referred to as PCS – Power Conversion System) is a device used for energy conversion in electrical energy storage systems. The basic function of the unit is bidirectional operation, i.e. it can operate as both a rectifier and an inverter. It has been designed for both on-grid and off-grid systems. Working within a system together with an energy storage unit, the device can effectively manage resources and optimise electricity demand by handling energy surpluses and deficits, while ensuring power supply security. The BCS-A energy storage converter is an essential link for implementing smart power grids and integrating renewable energy sources. A complete energy storage system consists of batteries, an energy storage converter, a distribution system and a transformer.
