GO battery module TGB-M3.6 3.6 kWh Tigo
Manufacturer: Tigo Energy
INDEX: 702-4003H6-0001
Tigo TGB-M3.6 is a battery module with a nominal capacity of 3.68 kWh, designed for the high-voltage Tigo GO Battery EU energy storage system. The module uses LFP (LiFePO4) technology, providing high durability, safety and stable operation of the energy storage system.
TGB-M3.6 is part of the modular GO Battery architecture, allowing the storage capacity to be adapted to the installation requirements by using the appropriate number of modules. In three-phase systems, between 3 and 13 battery modules can be used, enabling energy storage systems with a wide range of capacities.
The module works with the Tigo TGM-48 BMS control unit, which supervises the operation of the entire battery stack, and with Tigo EI Inverter inverters. Communication between the individual system components enables safe management of charging, discharging and energy flow.
The plug-and-play design and stackable installation simplify system installation and future expansion. The module has an IP65 protection rating, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.

How to build and expand a Tigo GO Battery energy storage system?
A single Tigo TGB-M3.6 module has a nominal capacity of 3.68 kWh. In three-phase GO Battery configurations, between 3 and 13 modules are used, providing a nominal storage capacity from approximately 11.0 kWh to 47.9 kWh.
A complete three-phase Tigo GO energy storage system consists of:
- Tigo EI Inverter – a hybrid inverter responsible for integrating the energy storage system with the PV installation and the grid,
- Tigo EI Link TSS-3PS – the central system connection module equipped with CCA and ATS,
- Tigo TGM-48 – the BMS module responsible for managing the operation of the entire battery stack,
- Tigo TGB-M3.6 – battery modules with a nominal capacity of 3.68 kWh each.
The storage capacity is expanded by adding additional TGB-M3.6 modules. For configurations with more than 9 modules, a second battery column and the Tigo TGB-A expansion kit are required.
